Ingredients
- 140g of melted butter
- 200g of crushed digestive biscuits
- 1tsp of ground cinnamon
- For the topping
- 4 large mars bars
- 250g of philadelphia cheese
- A dusting of cocoa powder

Step by step Cook along with this step by step guide
- Make the base, melt the butter in a heavy based saucepan.
- Stir in the crushed biscuits and cinnamon and place in the bottom of 9 inch loose bottomed flan ring. Refridgerate.
- Chop 3 of the mars bars up roughly and place in a bowl set over, not in, a saucepan of simmering water and allow to melt slowly.
- Meanwhile chop the remaining mars bar.
- When the mars bars have melted, take the bowl off the heat and add the cream cheese and chopped mars bar. Stir until well incorporated.
- Place on top of the digestive base and chill until required. Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
A bit naughty but great for a special occaison..and really easy to make.
Special Equipment
A 9" loose bottomed flan tin and a mixing bowl.
